Bergen Assembly are looking for exhibition hosts, and install and production team for the fifth edition of Bergen Assembly.


We are now hiring for several project related positions for the upcoming edition opening this fall. If you are interested in more than one of the positions you can submit a collected application clearly indicating what positions you are interested in and why to post@bergenassembly.no. Exhibition Hosts

September — November 2025

We are looking for art-interested, friendly and communicative people to join us as exhibition hosts for the upcoming Bergen Assembly.

The positions vary between 12 and 36 hours weekly between September 1st and mid-November 2025 and will include paid workshops and training beforehand. Working hours will mainly be Tuesday to Sunday between 11:00 and 17:00, some days and venues until 20:00.


Qualifications

• Interest for and experience working within the

      cultural field

• Open, friendly and communicative

• Norwegian is a plus but not a must

Install and Production Team members

July — September 2025


Join our install and technical team, working closely with artists on producing and installing their work. We are looking for detail-oriented team-players to work in a fast-paced environment, able to quickly deliver effective and creative solutions. You should have good time-management skills and great communication skills. The work is project-based, meaning the schedule can be agreed upon based on availability, making it suitable to combine with other jobs or studies.


Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of art production and fabrication, and/or art handling and installing.
• Knowledgeable in the use of basic carpentry techniques, hand tools, power tools and paints.
• Driving licence is a plus.
