Club No-No & Skåtun Lydsystem takeover at Bergen Assembly on Friday 22. November and present a sonic journey in electronic music on a unique home-built sound system.
The room is transformed into a total installation and out of the speakers pumps the sound of the Future - Tekno, Trance, Tribe, DnB, Ambient, Jungle, Dub, etc! Club No-No and SkåtunLyd in synergy organize events that aim to spread Peace, Love and Bass. The music, bass boxes and installations will be in focus, so come just as you are - remember dancing shoes!
Snorre Magnar Solberg is behind the Club No No concept and is well known in the Bergen streets as an artist, activist and musician. Some will call him a cave painter, mountain shaman, sonic alchemist, explorer of consciousness or a performer of technological trance music. Anyway, he's fine!
SkåtunLyd has been building his own speakers since he was 10 and brings his home-made Paraflex sound system. The focus is high sound quality and a large sound image. The sound system is built on a good DIY spirit and reproduces bass-heavy music that you not only hear, but also feel.
